Welcome!
I’m Elliot, I lead product design here at Hightouch and we’re currently searching for a Product Designer (Remote/NY/SF) to join our team! We’re a series C startup with a mission to empower everyone to take action on their data, regardless of their technical skills. We serve companies like Spotify, OpenAI, Plaid, Ramp, NBA, and Petsmart. We’re winning because we listen closely to our customers and ship value faster than anyone else.
Hightouch enables companies to see customer data at the right time, take action on it, and build automation to streamline critical processes. It also gives data teams confidence with developer-friendly tooling that helps them control, monitor, and debug their workflows with ease.

The design team
As a team, we’re small but mighty. Our complementary skill sets create opportunities to learn and grow together. We’re a remote-first team, as you can see we span from coast to coast.

How we collaborate
- ✍️ Weekly crits: Designers can sign up for a slot in our weekly crit and invite relevant stakeholders for their projects.
- 🏀 Design jams: As a team, there are plenty of design details we need to align and iterate on. We use our jam time to work as a team on topics like color palette updates, team practice retros, and discussing new app patterns.
- 🏗️ Design system: As a company, we’ve been investing in our design system since the beginning. We define roles and owners for the design system on a quarterly basis and meet regularly with our engineering partners to stay aligned and keep making progress.
- ❄️ Design cooldown: We get together as a design team to hone our craft, try new things, and remember that creativity is stoked by play not pressure. You can view a library of past cooldown activities here.
