Interviewing tips

π
The onsite will be just as much a time for you as it will be for us. We want you to leave feeling confident in your understanding of us and how we work!

- Craft questions: Take time before your interview to think about the questions you want to ask to ensure we're a good fit for you. We expect questions to go in both directions.
- Answer fully: After giving an answer, ask "did I answer your question?" Interviewers often won't follow up if they didn't get what they needed, and you'll never know what got missed.
- Bring a POV: We'd rather hear a sharp opinion you can defend than a careful, balanced non-answer. Disagree with us if you do. We'll respect it.
- Breathe: Take a breath and have fun with it. We want to get to know you and what makes you unique.

This session is about showing the work. We want to see how you think, how you collaborate, and how you design real things in complex, technical environments. Keep it simple and show us your best.
